珍稀草本天麻維護智慧、高貴首烏安神養氣,佐以補氣明目的黃耆和枸杞等常見食膳材料,清燉煲湯皆宜,是上班族與學生們的日常良伴。


作法:
先將食材川燙、洗淨,再將所有材料放進十人份電鍋內鍋加水至八分滿。中、小火慢煮約一小時(電鍋外鍋約兩杯水,跳開燜15分鐘),熄火加少許鹽、米酒調味即可。


Gastrodia Elata &Puerin Decoction
Gastrodia elata, the rare and precious herb can be used to maintain brain function, and the precious puerin is effective in smoothing the nerve and cultivating vital energy. Along with astragalus medlar and other common food materials, the formula contributes to tonifying vital energy and improving eyesight. It’s both suitable for brewing in water and being cooked as soup, which is a good choice for office workers and students.

Methods:
Firstly, blanch the food materials and wash them well, and then put all the stuff into inner pot of electric cooker for 10 people. Next, add water to 80% full and simmer them for about an hour with medium and soft fire (with 2 cups of water in external pot and braising for about 15 minutes), and finally, cut off the fire and add appropriate amount of salt, rice wine for seasoning.

天麻何首烏スープ
珍しい草本天麻は知恵を守り、高貴な何首烏は安神と養気、元気をつけて明目させる黄耆とクコなど一般的な食膳材料を加えて、煮込むまたはスープにしても適します。サラリーマンと学生達の日常よい仲間です。 作り方: まず食材を茹で、きれいに洗い、それからすべての材料を10人分の炊飯器の内釜に水を八分まで入れて、中火、弱火で約1時間を煮る(炊飯器の外釜約水2杯、煮込んだ後15分蓋を閉め)火を消して、少量の塩を加え、米酒(氷砂糖)で調味すれば、出来上がります。
